The selection of dishes includes mini burgers, burrata, USDA prime fillet with STK sauce and French fries, roasted salmon, creamy choco mousse, crème brulée and mouthwatering cheesecake – while vegetarians can enjoy chopped salad and with fregula pasta.
There’s also three free drinks to wash it down with, or you can head straight to the bar if you’re not hungry.
The new STK is as swish as its JBR sister venue, with industrial-chic warehouse décor and a dedicated lounge and bistro area aside from the main restaurant.
The venue has an indoor seating capacity of 180 with a stunning glass wall leading to a sprawling outdoor terrace looking out onto the Burj Khalifa.
As well as STK, there are a whole host of restaurants in the newly re-opened Address Downtown.
There's The Restaurant at Address Downtown, which is similar to The Restaurant at Address Boulevard – based around a town house. Diners can choose to eat in various “rooms” of the house, including the lounge, dining room, library or kitchen.
Or visit Zeta, a Californian-Asian restaurant, and for afternoon tea there will be the Lounge at Address Downtown.
There’s also the Cigar Lounge and for drinks there’s Neos, perched on level 63 of the hotel, which is being billed as a “luxurious, lively lounge”.
