The revamped restaurant has a laid-back vibe and an expansive outdoor terrace, which will be ideal in winter months.
There’s also a central bar as well as a show kitchen, to keep the vibe upbeat and fun, while there’s also promised “theatrical, interactive presentation of key dishes that are finished tableside”.
The menu has an Italian theme and starters include burrata with datterini tomatoes and basil (Dhs68), calamari fritti (Dhs52), cold cuts (Dhs68), tuna tartare (Dhs70). There are also sharing platters for two including a grilled seafood version made up of rock lobster, calamari, prawns, scallops, octopus and mussels (Dhs275).
Pasta dishes include ricotta gnocci (Dhs66), wild mushroom risotto (Dhs68) and lasagne Bolognaise (Dhs72) as well as a build your own pasta section.
Mains include rosemary-braised lamb shank with mascarpone polenta, roasted asparagus and baby carrots (Dhs138), beef tenderloin with truffle mash and grilled veg (Dhs165) and roasted sea bass with cherry, tomatoes, caper, black olives and baby spinach (Dhs135).
The hotel also house Le Petit Belge, a popular Belgian bar and restaurant, so whatever you’re after you’ll be covered in Cluster T.
